Nestled in a wonderfully private location on a protected hillside on the Balearic island of Ibiza, this beautiful contemporary luxury villa and large gardens benefit from expansive views through the valley and down to the sea below.

We have softened the boundaries of the Aleppo pine forests around, with additional pine and pistachio to blur the transition and set the property even more deeply into the surrounding green.

A series of terraces of bancales walls, beautifully executed by local craftsmen, have allowed us to create a series of different garden spaces each with their own characters. These include a pool terrace, dining terrace, morning terrace, chill-out areas, orchard, sensory garden and olive grove garden. There are places to socialise and places to lose oneself, with planting to reflect native or naturalised plants of the Balearic islands, to enhance both the sense of place and to minimise the use of water.
