Roots in the Sky wins New London Award

Roots in The Sky, the radical reimagining of Blackfriars Crown Court into 385,000 sq ft of work, wellness and community space and a 1.1 acre urban forest on the roof has won a New London Award 2021 in the unbuilt category.
The urban forest, designed by Harris Bugg Studio, will include over 100 established trees and 10,000 plants and will make a significant contribution to London’s ambitious targets for greening, biodiversity and sustainability.
