Charlotte and Hugo will be giving a talk as part of the first Chelsea Barracks Spring Fair.

From 25-27 May 2022, Belgravia’s new neighbourhood at Chelsea Barracks will see its outdoor public areas transformed to coincide with, and celebrate the Chelsea Flower Show, including the Best of British Gardens seminars, Artisans’ Market, sustainable flower installations and sculpture trail.

Fellow landscape designer, Jo Thompson curated the talks for Chelsea Barracks and said: “By bringing together this group of exciting, influential and pioneering experts and designers we are able to offer a truly thought-provoking and inspiring series of talks.”

Charlotte and Hugo will talk about their approach to creating a sense of space in the many different gardens they design, including a compact urban meadow garden where they established a plant-rich haven for people and wildlife, the vast country estate where they created a new walled garden, series of entertaining terraces, topiary garden and spring garden to the series of productive growing beds they designed for RHS Garden Bridgewater. They will explore their creative process behind achieving a sense of space – whatever the size.
